Niclas Winberg

Niclas Winberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of Remagruppen since June 2022, Niclas has demonstrated leadership and innovative thinking. Previously, Niclas served as Co-owner of Tugg Burgers from September 2017 to January 2025. Significant roles include Investment Professional at SEB Private Equity from October 2015 to April 2022 and M&A Advisor at Keystone Advisers from March 2012 to September 2015. Early career development included positions as an Analyst in Fixed Income Sales CEEMEA at BNP Paribas from March 2011 to January 2012 and in Securities Administration at Investor AB from June 2009 to February 2011. Niclas holds a degree from Lund University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
