Ifrah Akhtar is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in editorial leadership, project coordination, and creative design. As the Editor In Chief and Founder of MODEST Magazine since March 2018, Ifrah has successfully developed a self-funded publication focused on modest fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, overseeing all aspects of digital publication. Currently serving as a Remake Ambassador, Ifrah advocates for fair pay and climate justice within the clothing industry. In addition to contributing writing for Edible Communities and holding a Program Coordinator position at Rutgers School of Health Professions, Ifrah has also worked as a graphic design consultant for Pillars Fund and participated in a reporting fellowship with Central Desi.
