Martijn Reijerse has extensive work experience in the technology and IT industry. Martijn is currently the Head of Technology at ReMark, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the IT Director at ReMark from October 2021 to July 2022. Before joining ReMark, Martijn was the Founder and co-owner of Ivaldi from October 2006 to October 2021. Martijn also worked as a Software Engineer at Roelofs en Schenk Strategic Consultancy from May 2004 to December 2010. Martijn gained valuable experience as an intern at the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre from May 2008 to July 2008. Additionally, they worked as a consultant on various projects, including the YCIT Project in Sanaa, Yemen in March 2010 and the Ebit Project at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka from September 2008 to December 2009.
Martijn Reijerse completed their education in a sequential manner. Martijn began their academic journey at Comenius, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. During this period, they pursued a degree in VWO with a focus on NT/NG. Following their completion at Comenius, Martijn enrolled at Delft University of Technology in 2005, where they undertook their Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. Martijn attained their BSc degree in 2008. Martijn then continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Master of Science in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2010.
