Nick Rockx

Nick Rockx possesses extensive experience in technology and community service. Currently serving as Secretary at vv Nieuwerkerk, one of the largest football clubs in South Holland, Nick is focused on modernizing the club's operations. As a Senior Backend Developer at ReMark, Nick leads the development of the Velogica portal, utilized by major health insurance companies. A seasoned web developer with 18 years of experience, Nick has also worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer and held various roles including project manager and scrum master at multiple organizations. Past political engagement includes serving as a Councillor for Gemeente Zuidplas and Gemeente Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, advocating for local community issues. Nick holds a degree in Information Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
