Previous roles include Head of Digital & Creative Services at Cox Automotive Europe, Head of Experience Marketing at Sagittarius, and Head Of Digital at Wonderful, where strategic digital output and data-driven campaigns were key focuses. James also held senior marketing positions at GForces and Wheelwright LTD, contributing to operational effectiveness and client relations. An early career included positions at The Deltic Group, Leeds University Business School, and Virgin Active, complemented by a BA Hons in Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
