Kelly Nehls

Kelly Nehls has been a dedicated professional at RE/MAX Alliance since June 2007, where a career progression led to roles as Realtor, Northern Colorado Closing Division Director, Office Administrator, Transaction Coordinator, and Listing Coordinator. As the Northern Colorado Closing Division Director, Kelly has successfully developed and led a division servicing six offices and approximately 400 agents, enhancing contract and closing processes. Prior to this, Kelly advanced to Office Administrator in January 2013, later overseeing additional offices. Kelly transitioned to Timberline Audio Video as Operations Manager from March 2022 to March 2023. Academically, Kelly holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Front Range Community College.
