Mauricio Sanchez has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mauricio started their career in 2005 as a Real Estate Professional at Remax Time. During their 27 years in business management, marketing, and customer service, Mauricio consistently improved their knowledge and skills by attending educational seminars, acquiring new memberships, and staying up to date with current changes in the local market. Mauricio became a leader in the industry by understanding the drastic changes in the Real Estate world and meeting their client's needs and expectations. In 2015, Mauricio joined Remax Commercial as a Broker Associate Vice President. In 2021, they became an Associate Broker at Sperry Commercial. Throughout their career, Mauricio has strived to help families achieve the American Dream by providing the highest level of customer service, individualized attention, and thorough knowledge of the California Real Estate market while maintaining values of integrity, confidentiality, and respect.

Mauricio Sanchez is currently a candidate at The CCIM Institute, pursuing a degree in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services at Universidad de La Sabana. Additionally, Mauricio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Sabana in Bogota, Colombia. In 2016, they obtained the ACP certification from RE/MAX.
