David B. Nichols is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Greater Kansas City Region. Currently serving as Broker/Owner at RE/MAX Elite Realtors since June 2014, David recruits, trains, and supervises a team of real estate agents, managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. David also owns NEHT Properties and held leadership roles such as Director and President at the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS and Heartland MLS from 2015 to 2021. With prior experience as an REO Manager and a candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, David has a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles within the real estate and retail sectors. David holds a B.A. in Communications from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
