Jenifer Morin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenifer began their career as an Accounts Receivable Administrator and Assistant Tag & Title Clerk at Criswell Automotive, where they worked from 1993 to 1998. Jenifer then moved on to Douglas Development Corporation, where they served as an Accounts Receivable/Lease Administrator from 1998 to 2000.
In 2000, Jenifer joined Opus East, LLC as a Marketing Coordinator and eventually took on additional responsibilities in creating and maintaining the annual marketing plan and budget. Jenifer stayed with the company until 2009.
From 2009 to 2012, Jenifer served as a Marketing/Corporate Resource Manager at R.W. Murray Co., working closely with the executive leadership team to implement marketing initiatives and coordinate submissions for proposals and project awards.
In 2012, Jenifer joined Premier Designs Jewelry as an Independent Distributor and Jewelry Consultant before transitioning to Blue Tree Digital as a Marketing Coordinator in 2013. At Blue Tree Digital, they focused on social media management and media buying.
Jenifer then returned to R.W. Murray Co. in 2014 as a Marketing/Corporate Resource Manager, where they worked until 2016. During their time there, they updated the company's external website, managed social media outreach, and coordinated promotional events.
Since 2016, Jenifer has been associated with RE/MAX Gateway, initially serving as the Marketing/Agent Liaison and later becoming the Director of Career Development & Operations. In this role, they collaborate with their team members, assists with recruiting, training, and retaining agents, and manages corporate marketing and agent liaison responsibilities. Jenifer received the "Manager of the Year Award" in 2019.
In 2019, Jenifer also joined Gateway 2 Referrals, LLC as a Licensed Virginia Referral Agent. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, operations, coordination, and leadership.
Jenifer Morin obtained an Associates degree in Marketing from Montgomery College, where they studied from 1994 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Quince Orchard High School from 1990 to 1994, without obtaining a specific degree or field of study.
