Pamela Banks has a diverse work experience in real estate, with a strong focus on residential sales and leasing. Pamela started their career as a Realtor at RE/MAX Prestige in 2000, where they aimed to provide exceptional service to their clients. In 2004, they became the Florida State Secretary at Women's Council of Realtors, a position they held until 2011. Pamela then joined RE/MAX Direct in 2005, specializing in residential sales and leasing, and remained there until 2017. Simultaneously, they took on leadership roles at Women's Council of Realtors, serving as the Florida State President Elect in 2014 and the Florida State President in 2015. In 2018, Pamela became the Treasurer of Women's Council of REALTORS™ and continued their dedication to the organization. More recently, they were appointed as the 2019 National Women's Council of REALTORS First Vice President at Remax Prestige Realty. Overall, Pamela Banks has a strong background in real estate and has actively contributed to the Women's Council of Realtors.

Pamela Banks attended Boca Raton High School from 1974 to 1978. Following their high school education, they pursued a business-related field of study at Broward College from 1979 to 1981.
