David Novak

David Novak has extensive experience in the real estate and financial services industries, currently working as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Professionals since February 2016 and owning Springs Best Self Storage since January 2018, which features 145 covered storage units. As the Owner and Real Estate Investor at DND Properties LLC since October 2008, David specializes in distressed, investment, probate, multi-unit, and commercial properties. Prior to these roles, David owned Freedom Lending, a full-service mortgage bank, from February 2000 to June 2016, and held positions as a Loan Officer and Area Manager at Green Tree/Conseco Finance, as well as a Financial Representative at American General Finance. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, earned between 1990 and 1995.
