In addition to a successful career in real estate, Kendall co-founded Curtis Farms & Ranches in 1999, which manages multiple farms and ranches in Southern Colorado and operates a premium grassfed beef cattle business. Previous roles include serving as a commercial real estate broker at Coldwell Banker and performing as a certified real estate appraiser and broker at Vertrees Realty. Early in his career, Kendall held the position of President at Waterski America and was a regional sales manager at HO Sports, Inc.
