Kim Tarpley

Kim Tarpley has extensive experience in property management, having worked at RE/MAX since July 2007 and at Geary & Associates, Inc. from May 1998 to July 2007. In their role as Property Manager, Kim is responsible for managing residential properties in the Hillsborough County area, handling marketing, showings, maintenance coordination, inspections, and accounting. Kim ensures properties are well-maintained and occupied with minimal vacancy periods. Kim has a field assistant during their time at Geary & Associates, Inc. for showings and inspections.
