Miguel Franco

Miguel Franco is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and fitness, currently serving as a Salesperson at Remax Realty West Inc since December 2019. Additionally, Miguel is the Founder, Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Health Coach at Locomotion Fitness, where fitness programs are designed for diverse age groups. With experience as an Exercise Physiologist at York University from 2012 to February 2013, Miguel specialized in high-performance training for firefighters and elite athletes, including those from the Toronto Maple Leafs. Miguel holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and is a certified Exercise Physiologist with expertise in exercise physiology and high-performance training.
