Andy Pollock

Andy Pollock is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government relations and intellectual property protection. Currently, Andy serves as a Partner at Rembolt Ludtke since August 2007, focusing on strategic government relations and litigation related to intellectual property. Prior to this, Andy was the Executive Director and General Counsel at the Nebraska Public Service Commission from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities included advising elected Commissioners on legal and public policy matters and supervising a staff of over 40. Andy began a legal career as a Lawyer at Brooks Pansing Brooks Law Firm from 1998 to 2000. Andy holds a JD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1992) and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Political Science, and English from the same institution (1988). Education commenced at Ogallala High School (1981-1984).
