Chris Linton

Chris Linton is an experienced supervisor with a diverse background in operations and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Supervisor Fibre and Mill at Canfor since December 2023, Chris focuses on safety, quality, cost management, and employee engagement while leading and coordinating work crews. In addition, Chris has been a Foreman for Bridges and Structures at REMCAN Projects LP since May 2019, overseeing drainage installation and erosion control projects. Previously, in roles as Mine Operations Supervisor at Centerra Gold Inc. and Thompson Creek Metals Company, Chris successfully managed open pit operations and ensured production targets were achieved. Early career experience includes roles as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Onsite Wastewater Treatment Planner. Educational qualifications include training from the College of New Caledonia, Westcoast Onsite Wastewater Training Centre, and the CCOHS Canadian Center for Occupational Health and Safety, with a specialization in First Line Supervision.
