Scott Richlin

Scott Richlin has a diverse work experience in sales and recruitment. Scott started their career in 2003 as a Senior Recruiter at Kirdonn Sales Pros and gained experience in talent acquisition. In 2006, they joined TEKsystems where they held various positions, including Account Manager, Account Executive, and Division Lead/Sr. Account Executive Digital. At TEKsystems, they specialized in providing IT services for clients in the Kansas City area and managed teams of recruiters and account managers. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Director at Fire Door Solutions, where they assisted commercial facilities management departments with fire rated door compliance. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President of Sales at REMEDI8 and Fire Door Solutions.

Scott Richlin attended Benedictine College from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Kinesiology and earned a degree in that field.
