Joe Naselli

Joe Naselli has extensive work experience in various roles within the environmental remediation and project management field. Joe started their career as an Environmental Tech at PSI in 1999 and then joined ATC Associates, Inc. as an Environmental Scientist in 2001, where they focused on conducting Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments and managing complex subsurface investigation projects. In 2003, Joe moved to Northeastern Environmental Technologies Corporation, where they served as a Project Scientist and Project Manager, specializing in Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, environmental audits, emergency spill response, and complex subsurface investigation projects. In 2006, they joined OP-TECH Environmental Services Inc. as a Project Manager and Branch Manager, overseeing environmental remediation and investigation projects, managing daily operations and profit and loss of the Albany branch office, and leading project teams for multi-million dollar remediation projects. After working at OP-TECH for almost eight years, Joe joined NRC National Response Corporation in 2014 as the Director of Remediation, responsible for managing the national profit center, developing client relationships, and implementing safe and quality work practices. In 2015, they joined CB&I as a Project Manager, where they continued their work in project management until 2017. Joe then moved to APTIM, where they served as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2018. Finally, they joined Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) in 2018, first as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Director of Eastern Operations, overseeing operations in the eastern region.

Joe Naselli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 1994 to 1996, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Joe Naselli also holds additional certifications including Incident Command from FEMA, obtained in June 2013, and OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER, obtained in June 2001. Joe also obtained a TWIC certification from TSA, although the specific month and year of obtaining it were not provided.
