Victor Gane

Victor Gane has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victor is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Field Materials. Prior to this, in 2012, they founded Remedly and held the position of Founder and Board Director. At Remedly, they were responsible for defining the product vision, leading market analysis, and overseeing the development of four cloud applications for medical clinics. Victor'snotable achievements include recognition for Best New Medical App in the iOS app store in 2013 and Best Medical Billing Solution and Electronic Health Record in 2020 by Gartner's Software Advice & Capterra.

Before founding Remedly, Victor worked as a Consultant at Mass Transit Railways (MTR) as part of the Stanford Center for Integrated Facility Engineering. In this role, they conducted on-site analysis of the Light Rail and Subway systems and developed comprehensive evaluation reports with recommendations for improving the infrastructure.

Prior to that, they held positions at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, where they served as Studio Head and Design Team Lead, respectively. As the Studio Head, they provided leadership and direction to the team, while as the Design Team Lead, they pioneered the use of parametric Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and led a cross-functional team in the design of award-winning international projects.
