Mahesh previously served as a Lead Product Designer at the same company from March 2018 to March 2021, where they successfully redesigned the patient app, resulting in a 40% enhancement in the onboarding experience.

Before joining Remedo Healthcare, Mahesh worked as a Senior Lecturer at Kazakh-British Technical University from August 2015 to September 2017. During this time, they created curriculum and supervised students, while also collaborating with the college tech team to improve the website and application's overall experience.

Prior to that, Mahesh held the position of Lead Product Designer at Credihealth Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to August 2015. Mahesh has also worked as a Design Manager at Broadcast2world from April 2012 to February 2014.

In their earlier career, Mahesh worked as a Lighting Technical Director at Oktobor Animation from February 2011 to February 2012. Mahesh gained experience as a Designer and Animator at iLA Creative Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from March 2008 to February 2010.

Mahesh B. has a diverse education background. Mahesh obtained a Post Graduate - Advance Diploma in 3D production from Media Design School in 2010-2011, focusing on Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in 3D animation - PD3D from MAAC between 2005 and 2007. In 2000-2004, they studied Computer programming, earning an "O" and "A" Level certification from DOEACC. Mahesh also pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics and tax from Delhi University from 2000 to 2003. Previously, they completed their 12th grade education at The Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, focusing on Business/Commerce. Additionally, Mahesh has obtained several certifications in various fields, such as Product Lead Growth, Design System Bootcamp, Introduction to Webflow, Visual Elements of User Interface Design, Visual Essay Production (Explainer Camp), User Experience for the Web, and Introduction to Web and eCommerce User eXperience Design.
