VP, Client Engagement at Remedy Analytics

During Becky’s time in the PBM industry, she has demonstrated excellence in client management across national accounts and consistently received exceptional client satisfaction ratings. She started her PBM career in the early 2000s for the Wisconsin-based PBM Restat, where she held multiple roles across the organization, including time as a pharmacy technician with the clinical prior-authorizations team. In early 2009 she became an Account Manager, where she managed over 50 clients across lines of business including direct self-funded employers, third-party administrators, and discount cards. In 2013, Restat was purchased by Catamaran, and in spring 2014 Becky was offered a role as a Manager of Account Management/Strategic Account Executive. This leadership-level role entailed engaging her clients’ C-suite to assist in contract negotiation, RFP/proposal requests, and dispute resolution. In addition to her client responsibilities, Becky also managed and led a team comprised of account managers and executives. In this role she provided the account management team with strategic direction and support, and she implemented collaborative account retention techniques.
