Dawn has more than 30 years of demonstrated excellence in the pharmacy industry, having performed multiple senior roles, including as a pharmacy technician at retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and home healthcare along with her experiences as a pharmacy consultant and senior director at Remedy prior to her promotion to VP. She has vast experience working in managed care and consulting. At Remedy, she oversees key clients across lines of business, including direct self-funded employers, unions, and EGWP clients. Her responsibilities include managing day-to-day requests, interpreting data and delivering analytics, reporting benchmarks/trends, and developing/delivery of clients’ plan performance. Dawn’s vast experience crosses PBM vendor evaluation and procurement, PBM contracting and negotiations, and plan design and implementation. Dawn holds a healthcare insurance license.
