Mark works with current producers, brokers, and consultants nationally to help them understand how to use pharmacy benefits programs to differentiate them, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. He helps them to strategize with their clients to customize a solution in the pharmacy program based on size, client preference, funding, and drug mix, using Remedy tools and expertise. Mark understands the unique challenges of brokers and consultants and their efforts to retain and attract new clients while managing a variety of vendor relationships. Previously, he held similar roles at USI, Lockton, Mercer, and Aon. He holds a B.S. in finance and international business from New York University.
