Sergio Martinez

Sergio is responsible for conducting client audits, transforming data into a readable format, and maintaining the audit automation process. In addition, he helps with RFPs/RGIs and Remedy’s Baseline Analysis Reports (BARs), which are used for both prospect analysis (to evaluate their plan options that Remedy can obtain compared to their current pricing arrangement) and for current clients during annual market checks and renewal RFPs. He is also relied on for training new auditors who join Remedy. Sergio holds a B.S. in computer engineering from DeVry University.
