Jani Pääjärvi

Jani Pääjärvi is a seasoned professional in the video game industry, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Remedy Entertainment Plc since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of Control 2 and previously managing VFX and lighting for Alan Wake 2. As a former CEO and Creative Director of Fat Lemon Entertainment Ltd from April 2013 to May 2021, Jani led various projects, including the successful shipping of Card Smash - Tribes at War at Heavyweight Rex and Top Gear: Road Trip at Motorious Entertainment Ltd. Early career experience includes significant roles at Bugbear Entertainment Ltd, contributing to titles such as Ridge Racer Unbounded and Sega Rally REVO. Jani holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
