Michael Sharanda has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2022. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Specialist at LLC Ferus, where they focused on customer search and segmentation. In 2016, they took on the role of HR Specialist at Наша Почта ЗАО, where they managed the full recruitment cycle and supervised the adaptation process for new staff. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Business Development Manager at Kakadu Dev, driving revenue growth and expanding market share in e-commerce software solutions. In 2019, Michael co-founded One2Lead, a lead generation tool that streamlines sales and recruiting processes. Additionally, they were the Head of Growth at Invatechs Software from 2020 to 2021, overseeing the development of software solutions for financial processes. Currently, they work as a Product Manager at Remedy Product Studio, starting in 2022.

Michael Sharanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Belarusian State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2016.
