Joshua Gardner

Josh Gardner is a seasoned property accountant currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Remedy Medical Properties since June 2022. Previously, Josh held the role of Property Accountant at Kite Realty Group from June 2019 to May 2022. Josh's military service includes leadership positions as a Squad Leader in the Illinois Army National Guard from October 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing troops during deployment to support Customs and Border Protection at the US-Mexico border. Earlier, Josh served as an Executive Driver for a Commanding General in the US Army from May 2012 to October 2016. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Audit and Advisory Services from DePaul University, expected to complete in 2025.
