Kathy Zambrano

Kathy Zambrano is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate law. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at Remedy Medical Properties since January 2016, Kathy focuses on advising clients in various areas of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property development, and financing. Previously, Kathy was a Partner at Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP from September 2006 to January 2015 and worked as a Corporate Restructuring Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2003 to July 2006. Kathy holds a degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
