Wendelyn J. Walker, RP®, is a seasoned property management and real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Coachella Valley Sr. Property Manager at Remedy Medical Properties since February 2022, Wendelyn has also held roles as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Bennion Deville Homes since September 2015, and prior to that, as Coachella Valley Sr. Portfolio Property Manager for The Abbey Company. Wendelyn's diverse background includes significant contributions to SolAqua, Inc. as VP Sales Manager for North & South America, where innovative solar water heating solutions were developed. Additional experience encompasses positions with Simon Property Group as Assistant Property Manager, and JobLeaders, Inc. in executive recruiting roles. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University and a Financial Planning designation from the College for Financial Planning.
