Claudia Schotman has extensive experience in the service and technical advisory sectors, primarily with Remeha since June 1996, where roles have included Technisch Commercieel Adviseur Utiliteit - Service en Aftersales, and various technical advisor positions for both standing and wall-mounted boilers. Responsibilities have encompassed handling client communications, managing complaints, and providing technical support to installers. Prior to Remeha, Claudia worked at Linthorst Techniek as a Monteur and completed a technical internship at Hamer. Claudia's education includes studies in Installatietechniek at Sprengeloo and further education at Apeldoorns College.
