Yesim Sanal

Yesim Sanal has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 2006. Yesim began their career as a Business Development Manager at Lark International Group in 2006. Yesim then worked as a Regional Sales Director at Avon Cosmetics from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Start-up Management & Consultancy for several multinational companies in the region. Yesim then served as Country Manager at Editions Atlas from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Strategic Thinking & Business Development Expert at 4Biz - Ideas for Business ; Strategy & Marketing & Technology. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as General Manager at AMC International. Yesim then served as NSD at Tupperware Brands from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they became Global Strategic CMO at Justsnap Technology. Most recently, they have been Country Head at Remente since 2022. Yesim also worked as Strategist; Leadership Navigation & Mapping Coach; Cultural Placement Expert at Akadem-us from 2021 to present. Her roles included strategy of the company, teams & leaders, executive coaching, workplace mentoring, team coaching, and relationship systems coaching.

Yesim Sanal has a diverse educational background. Yesim began their educational journey in 1981 at Konya Anadolu Lisesi. From 1982 to 1988, they attended Nişantaşı Anadolu Lisesi-English High School, where they studied Mathematics. Yesim then moved on to MSU, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics in 1992. In 1993, they attended Istanbul University, where they studied International Management. In 2010, they obtained a Professional Coach certification from Erickson Coaching International, with a focus on Professional Coaching, Team Coaching, and 4 Quadrant Quantum Thinking. Yesim then obtained a Coach certification from Manifestation Process Coaching in 2012, with a focus on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. That same year, they obtained a certification from ORSC-Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching. In 2017, they studied Digital Marketing and Social Media Management at Marmara University. Additionally, they obtained two ICF Member Badges from the International Coaching Federation in 2010.
