Alexandre Massonneau

Alexandre Massonneau has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Alexandre is currently a Co-Founder at Remento, a position they have held since June 2021. Before this, they worked at Red Balloon Security, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. At Red Balloon Security, they held multiple roles including Software Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, they led and managed teams, implemented standard processes, and spearheaded significant projects such as transitioning to a service-oriented architecture.

Prior to their time at Red Balloon Security, Alexandre worked at Maptycs from 2012 to 2018. Alexandre started as the Director of Software Development, overseeing the development and maintenance of Maptycs, a GIS solution for the insurance industry. Subsequently, they became the Director of Software Engineering, where they participated in brainstorming sessions and designed user-friendly solutions to address client needs.

Alexandre also gained early work experience as an Intern Software Developer at Autodesk in 2010, a Desktop Support Assistant at Cornell University from 2009 to 2010, and an Intern at Downtown Bytes from 2009 to 2010.

Alexandre Massonneau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery High School, although the specific dates and degree achievements at this institution are unknown.
