Pankaj Soni

Pankaj Soni is a partner at Remfry & Sagar, serving as a lawyer and intellectual property strategist with expertise in leading patent litigation for Fortune 500 companies in India since October 2010. Additionally, Soni holds a position as a board member at The Sagar School and previously acted as an advisor and investor for PartyZebra.com, an online marketplace for party-related services. Soni has contributed to academia as a visiting faculty member at the Institute of Intellectual Property Studies, NMIMS School of Law. Prior legal experiences include associate roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Morgan & Finnegan LLP, as well as general counsel positions and project management in earlier career stages. Soni holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an M.S. in Applied Computer Science, and an MBA from Illinois State University, along with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
