Head of governmental and strategic partnerships at Remilk

Amir Reshef has over 10 years of experience in government and strategic partnerships. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Governmental and Strategic Partnerships at Remilk. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at the Budget Department of the Israeli Ministry of Finance. During their time there, they held various roles, including Deputy Director, Head of the Energy Team, Head of the Industry and Trade Team, and Economist for the Land and Urban Planning Team. As Deputy Director, they planned and negotiated the budget of the Ministry of Defense, the secret service, the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Israel Digital Authority, a 120 billion NIS. Amir also established and led long-term agreements between the Ministry of Finance and major security forces. As Head of the Energy Team, they managed negotiations on the reform of the electricity market between the government, Israel Electricity Corporation (IEC) and the employees union. As Head of the Industry and Trade Team, they led the economic strategy of the Ministry of Finance in the industry and trade sectors and planned, led, and implemented structural changes in Israel's standards committees to prevent manufacturers from restricting competition.

Amir Reshef received a Bachelor's degree in PPE (Philosophy Politics and Economics) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2010, after studying there from 2007-2010. Amir then continued their studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and obtained a Master's degree in Economics in 2013.
