Moran Hendel

Moran Hendel is an accomplished R&D Food Technologist currently working at Remilk since September 2024. Prior to this role, Moran held various positions at Aleph Farms from March 2020 to November 2024, including Product Development Specialist and R&D Food Technologist & Lab Manager. Experience includes roles as a Food Technologist and Food Technologist Assistant at Aleph Farms and a Lab Technician at the Weizmann Institute of Science from March 2018 to April 2020. Additional experience as a Chocolatier Assistant at Jolika Chocolate and as a Pastry Chef at Adom Restaurant further demonstrates culinary expertise. Moran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Food Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained in 2020.
