Roee Shiloah

Roee Shiloah has over 17 years of work experience. Roee began their career in 2004 at Elbit Systems Ltd as a Project Manager, Contracts and Contractual Associations, where they were responsible for managing purchasing projects and consolidating purchases. In 2006, Roee moved to NGG Global Consulting Solutions as a Consulting Engineer in the Organization and Methods Field. Here, they were responsible for driving efficiencies within information systems, in line with budgetary constraints. From 2008 to 2015, Roee worked at Netafim as a Strategic Operations Planner for South America and Eastern Europe and then as a Project Manager, Processes, Organization and Methods. Their roles included professional management of 9 operational and manufacturing units, assessing the viability of establishing new factories in emerging markets, and overseeing the implementation of processes and procedures. In 2015, Roee joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director, Global Product Optimization, In-line Portfolio and Global Supply Chain Lead at Teva api division. Roee was responsible for providing portfolio oversight of optimization projects, ensuring alignment with commercial needs, driving value, and managing all aspects of the strategy and operations processes of global supply chain. Roee currently works at Remilk as Head of Global CMO Production since 2022.

Roee Shiloah completed their MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. between 2002 and 2006.
