Byanka Campos

Byanka Campos has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Byanka began their career in the US Navy as an ABH3, before taking on the role of Social Media Intern at the University of Houston-Victoria in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at Community Health Centers of South Texas, and in 2019, they became a Zillow Offers Support Specialist at Zillow. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Operations Associate at Remind.

Byanka Campos has a diverse education history. Byanka obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences in Communication and Media Studies from Victoria College in 2017. In 2018, they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication, General from the University of Houston. Byanka also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Coding 101 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2018 and Creating a Culture of Learning from LinkedIn in 2019. Currently, Byanka is pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Communication Analytics from the University of North Texas and is also enrolled in Salesforce Military for Customer Service Management. Additionally, Byanka is set to obtain two certifications from Ada in 2022: ACX Builder and ACX Designer.
