Brian Nally is a Partner at Reminger, a full-service law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, where they serve as Chair of the Business & Commercial Litigation and E-Discovery groups and Vice-Chair of the Securities/Financial Services group. They represent clients in state and federal court litigation, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory investigations. Brian has held leadership roles in several professional organizations, including Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Securities Regulation Subcommittee and Co-Chair of the FDCC’s Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation group.
