Sean T. Needham

Sean T. Needham is a Partner and Shareholder at Reminger Co. LPA, where since March 2017, the focus has been on litigation practice in business and professional liability, particularly in broker-dealer and investment advisor proceedings before FINRA and other regulatory bodies. With a strong background in complex commercial litigation, Sean T. Needham has significant experience in mediation, arbitration, trials, and appeals. Prior experience includes partnership at Janik LLP from March 2010 to March 2017, attorney at Carney Gluntz & Associates, LLC from November 2007 to February 2010, and roles as Law Clerk/Attorney at Ulmer & Berne LLP and Extern for Judge Stuart Friedman at Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas earlier in 2004. Sean T. Needham holds a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Sciences from Ohio University (2002). Education was completed at Huron High School (1998).
