Charlene Nigaglioni-Gang

Charlene Nigaglioni-Gang is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Caribbean & Latin America at Remington Hospitality since February 2025, Charlene previously held the position of VP of Sales for Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Orient Express at Accor from November 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Charlene was the Director of Global Sales at Sonder Inc. from January 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading B2B global sales strategy and building the global presence for a newly formed B2B sales organization. Additional roles include serving as Director of Business Development GSO NORAM at NH Hotel Group, where strategic efforts focused on luxury positioning and B2B revenue generation, and as Senior Director of Global Sales at Wyndham Hotel Group, overseeing multiple teams that generated over $170M annually. Charlene holds a BA in Psychology from Emory University and an MA in Public Relations and Business Administration from Emerson College.
