Julia Brant is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Executive Chef at Remington Hospitality since April 2023. Previously, Julia held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Boston Back Bay, managing all food and beverage operations in a luxury hotel featuring 400 rooms and generating significant banquet revenue. Julia's prior roles include Executive Chef at Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, as well as Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
