Kristi Pearce

Kristi Pearce has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kristi began their career as the Controller/Director of Human Resources at Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company from March 2009 to May 2010. Kristi then worked as a Sales Manager at the same company from May 2010 to August 2012. Following this, they joined B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group as an Area Sales Manager from August 2012 to August 2013. Finally, they worked at Remington Hospitality, where they held the positions of Area Director of Sales from August 2013 to June 2016, and Divisional Vice President of Sales & Marketing for 15 hotels from June 2016 to the present.

Kristi Pearce has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Widener University. Kristi also started a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management at Norwich University. Returning to Widener University, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, followed by a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field. Kristi holds a certification as a Cvent Supplier from Cvent, obtained in May 2020.
