Previously, as an Innovation Specialist at Grupo Financiero Ficohsa, Luis generated new business opportunities. At Grupo LAFISE, Luis held the role of Product Owner - Innovation and Development, leading initiatives that improved customer transactions through digital channels and significantly increased efficiency. Additionally, in earlier roles at Crediexpress and FINANCIERA FDL, Luis specialized in quality management and process improvement, achieving substantial gains in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
