Damon Grant serves as Vice President at DMG and Associates LLC and has been a co-host of the Discussions in Percussion Podcast since January 2017. With a wealth of experience in the music industry, Damon has maintained endorsement relationships with several leading companies, including Sennheiser, Avedis Zildjian Company, Remo Inc., Drum Workshop, Inc. (DW Drums), Latin Percussion, and Vic Firth, Inc. since the early 2000s. Damon's career began as a percussionist at Blast, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. Damon holds a degree in Jazz Performance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
