Nicholas Staples

Nicholas Staples is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering, development, and leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Remodelmate since February 2019, Nicholas is also the Founder and Creative Developer of Cloud9 Computer Shop, where an independent desktop music application was designed and released. Previous roles include CTO and Lead Engineer at StarTutors, responsible for the successful development of the StarU app's Minimum Viable Product, and Developer/Freelancer at Toptal and Matchist, focusing on mobile app development and MVP projects. Additional experience includes positions as CTO at Insightful Art and Computer Security Engineer at Gemini Security Solutions, exemplifying a strong background in software engineering and security. Nicholas holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia.
