Rustem Sagimbekov

Rustem Sagimbekov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rustem has recently joined Remofirst as the Head of Engineering in April 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions in DAR, starting as a Software Developer in 2009 and eventually becoming the Chief Developer and Head Developer from 2015 to 2022. Rustem also worked as a Java Developer for DAR Ecosystem from 2015 to 2022. Before joining DAR, they were a Java Developer at Portal-Info LLP from 2012 to 2015, where they worked on the development and design of a high-load website. Prior to that, they worked as a Front-End Developer and Team Leader at SISTEMATIKA IT in 2012.

In 2011, Rustem worked as a Java Developer at RSE "Information Computing Center of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on statistics", where they developed an internal reporting system and maintained existing database systems. Rustem also worked as a Java Developer at National Information Technologies in 2011, where they focused on the development and support of the National Certification Authority. Additionally, they were a Software Developer at Ferrum Logic LLP from 2009 to 2010.

Rustem Sagimbekov began their education in 2005 at Kazakh-British Technical University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Information Systems in Computer Science. Rustem completed this degree in 2009. In 2010, Rustem enrolled at Queen Mary University of London to pursue a Master of Software Engineering in Computer Science, which they completed in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Rustem has obtained several certifications related to Reactive Architecture from Lightbend Academy in March 2020. These certifications include: "Reactive Architecture(1): Introduction to Reactive Systems," "Reactive Architecture(2): Domain Driven Design," "Reactive Architecture(3): Reactive Microservices," "Reactive Architecture(4): Building Scalable Systems," "Reactive Architecture(5): Distributed Messaging Patterns," and "Reactive Architecture(6): CQRS & Event Sourcing."
