Valeriia Lykholiet has diverse work experience in talent sourcing and people operations. Valeriia is currently working at Remofirst as a Talent Sourcer and previously held the position of People Operations Associate at the same company. Prior to Remofirst, Valeriia worked as a Talent Sourcer at A-Players Recruiting. Valeriia also gained experience as a Middle Recruiter at inVerita and Inoxoft, where they also held the roles of Junior Recruiter and Researcher. Additionally, Valeriia served as a Guest Lecturer at Okten School.

Valeriia Lykholiet pursued their Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from 2012 to 2016 at Sumy State 'A.S. Makarenko' Pedagogical University.
