Remontowa Shiprepair Yard S.A.
Remontowa S.A. is one of the largest shipyards in Europe. We specialize in ship repairs, conversions and offshore projects. On average 200 vessels call at our yard every year. We can convert or repair virtually every type of a ship or an offshore structure which can enter the Baltic. For the offshore industry we have already converted dozen or so tankers into shuttle tankers or heavy lift cargo vessels and well stimulation vessels. In our track record we have many offshore rigs repaired or converted. We have restored to full operational performance many drilling rigs, production platforms, accommodation units, both semi-submersible, and jack-ups as well. Remontowa S.A. also deals with conversion of cargo or car-passenger vessels, shortening or lengthening them and switching their propulsion systems to new, clean and ecologically friendly fuels. We have also rich track record and vast experience in both scrubber retrofitting and installation of ballast water treatment systems on ships. Remontowa S.A. owns 6 floating docks. The largest one with docking capacity of 135 thousand deadweight tonnes is capable of receiving the ships of 255 metres long and 44,4 metres wide. We also own two semi-submersible barges able to lift heavy objects totally weighing 49 000 tonnes. We also have 6 000 metres of quays with 3 500 metres of fully equipped ones, 24 cranes able to lift up to 300 tonnes as well as 133 500 square metres of production halls.
