Emma Bertucci has a diverse work experience. Emma is currently working at Closers.io as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they source and recruits top talent for job opportunities with clients. Emma conducts multiple interviews per day to find the best fit for both the candidates and the client companies. Prior to this, Emma worked at Multiview as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing full-cycle in-house recruiting for various roles, primarily focusing on entry-level positions. Emma utilized LinkedIn Recruiter and attended career fairs to build a pipeline of prospective sales recruits. Emma also worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant at Multiview, specializing in B2B digital media sales. Before their time at Multiview, they gained experience at Western University as an Internship Program Assistant and Coordinator for Summer Academic Orientation, where they assisted students in acquiring paid internships and facilitated information sessions. Emma also worked as an Employer Relations Intern at the Careers and Experience department. Additionally, Emma has experience as a Research and Development Assistant at the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka, where they assisted with education sessions, fundraising events, donor management, and marketing. Emma'swork experience began at Webers Hamburgers as a Customer Service Specialist and Server during their high school and university summers.

Emma Bertucci completed their Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management at Western University. Emma attended Western University from 2015 to 2020.
