Lucas Fischer

Lucas Fischer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucas started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2018 and worked their way up to become an Assistant Manager and then a Fleet Logistics Coordinator. In 2020, they transitioned to the field of recruiting and talent acquisition, joining Traffic and Funnels as a Sales Recruiter & Coordinator and later as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In 2021, Lucas worked as a Sales Recruiter at The Sales Mentor and then as a Talent Manager at Robert Half. Lucas also served as a Recruitment Project Manager at The Queen of Ops before joining Closers.io as a Recruiting Account Manager in 2022.

Lucas Fischer attended The University of Memphis from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
